Partners Coffee Roasters introduces a new way to order and earn rewards with Per Diem

Partners Coffee Roasters has brought its neighborhood café experience into a mobile app with help from Per Diem. The New York coffee company, which began in 2012 with a focus on great brews, community, and sustainable practices, has introduced a new ordering and loyalty app that carries its identity into the way guests order on their phones. The app is now available on the App Store and Google Play.

Built with Per Diem and connected to Square point of sale, the Partners Coffee app lets guests order ahead, customize drinks, and earn rewards in a setting that feels familiar to regulars. The design and layout reflect the color, tone, and personality of the cafés so that the experience feels like Partners Coffee from the first screen to the pick-up counter. Customers can store credit, use coupons, and share referral rewards, all within a single branded space.

For guests, the app turns everyday visits into a smoother routine. A regular can place a drink order on the way to the subway and find it ready when they arrive. Someone visiting a different Partners Coffee location can open the app, see the full menu, explore seasonal offerings, and start earning rewards from the first visit. Store credit and referral rewards give customers a straightforward way to keep value in their account and to invite friends into the brand.

For the Partners Coffee team, the app offers a direct connection to their community without sending customers through third-party marketplaces. Orders flow into the existing Square setup, so staff see tickets in a format they already know. During busy mornings, mobile orders help spread out demand, shorten waits at the register, and give baristas more time to focus on drink quality and guest interaction.

Partners Coffee has grown from a single roastery into a group of cafés that still feel closely tied to their neighborhoods. The choice to invest in a branded app reflects how guests now choose where and how to order, especially in a city where many people plan their coffee stop around a commute, a school drop off, or a meeting. With the new app, the company can offer the ease people expect while keeping the focus on its own coffee, its own spaces, and its own story.

Per Diem builds mobile ordering and online ordering for cafés, bakeries, and restaurants that use Square POS. The company focuses on helping local merchants offer a clear and simple way for guests to order ahead, earn rewards, and pay online.
