About the Role

We're hiring a QA Engineer to help us ship reliable, high-quality software as we scale our AI Operating System for merchants.

You'll own the quality of our mobile apps, web ordering platform, and merchant tools, building the testing processes and automation that let us move fast without breaking things.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites across web and mobile apps
• Perform manual and exploratory testing for new features before release
• Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with Engineering to resolve them
• Build and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices from the ground up
• Test integrations with POS systems and third-party services for reliability
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria and edge cases
• Monitor release quality and help streamline our CI/CD testing pipeline

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing (manual and automated)
• Experience building automated test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium)
• Comfortable testing both web and mobile applications
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for edge cases and usability issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain issues
• Bonus: experience testing POS, e-commerce, or marketing automation platforms
