Product Updates: Scoped Posts, Audit Log, and More

Scoped Posts
Posts can now target a specific customer segment instead of your entire customer base. Restaurants can share more relevant updates with the right customers, such as VIPs, regulars, new customers, or customers they want to bring back, without sending every post to everyone.
Audit Log
The Audit Log gives restaurant owners a clear record of manual changes made to store credit and loyalty points. Each adjustment stays recorded, making it easier to review account activity and keep track of changes made over time. Staff accounts do not have access to the Audit Log.
Per Customer Device Identity
Customer profiles now show the devices used to sign in to each account. Shared devices appear first, making it easier to identify when the same device is being used across multiple customer accounts, which can help restaurants spot potential signup or rewards abuse.
Rewards & Gift Cards on Website
Customers can now access rewards and gift cards directly through web ordering, not just the mobile app. They can check their available balance and redeem rewards or gift cards while ordering online, giving more customers access without requiring an app download.
Quantity Input for Catering Items
Customers can now enter quantities directly for catering items when ordering on the web. This makes larger catering orders easier to build when customers need multiple quantities of the same item. Mobile support is coming with an upcoming app version.
Warning Banner When Pickup Time Changes
If a customer's selected pickup time changes while they are ordering on the web, they now see a clear warning before completing the order. This makes timing changes easier to notice and helps customers confirm the updated pickup time before checkout.
