Product Updates: New App Design, Customer Segments, Olivia V2, and More

New App Design With Liquid Glass
The new mobile app design is now live, featuring a modern look with Liquid Glass effects that give the interface a cleaner, more polished feel. Merchants can choose between the new Modern design and the original Classic design, giving them flexibility over how their branded app looks to customers.
Per Diem Customer Segments
Merchants can now target customers using eight automatically updated segments: Welcome, New, Regular, Loyal, VIP, At Risk, Churned, and Dormant. Segments are built from Per Diem customer data, refreshed every hour, and combined across all store locations. Merchants can select any segment when creating an email campaign, making it easier to reach loyal customers, reconnect with inactive guests, or welcome new ones.
Website Builder Improvements
Website Builder now supports forms, photo galleries, and up to three buttons on the homepage. Restaurants can collect information from visitors, showcase more photos of their food and locations, and direct customers to important pages or actions, all from their website.
Olivia V2: More Actions, Smarter Assistance
Olivia, Per Diem's AI assistant, has been upgraded with a new engine and expanded capabilities across marketing, loyalty, menus, and operations. Merchants can ask Olivia to create campaigns using their business data, configure coupons, manage loyalty rewards and promotions, update menus, and answer business questions. With around 50 available actions and saved conversations, Olivia can now handle more tasks directly from the merchant dashboard.
Expanded Audit Log
The Audit Log now records changes made throughout the merchant dashboard, giving restaurant owners a clearer view of account activity. Along with tracking loyalty points and store credit adjustments, it shows who issued points or store credit and records other dashboard changes. This makes it easier to review staff activity, track updates, and maintain accountability across locations.
