How to show low stock count on an item
Keeping customers informed about low stock items can encourage faster purchases and prevent disappointment.
Instructions
- Go to your Per Diem merchant dashboard and navigate to Settings.
- Select Inventory Management from the menu.
- Adjust the Low Stock Threshold value.
- Once an item’s quantity reaches this threshold, a Low Stock badge will appear on the item in the app.
- To enable low stock for modifiers, turn on the toggle button in the Modifiers section.
- Adjust the low stock threshold value for modifiers.
- Click Save to apply the changes.

1. Log in to Your Merchant Dashboard
Go to your Per Diem merchant dashboard and navigate to Settings.
2. Go to Inventory Management
- Select Inventory Management from the menu.
- Adjust the Low Stock Threshold value.
- Once an item’s quantity reaches this threshold, a Low Stock badge will appear on the item in the app.
3. Show Low Stock on Modifiers
- To enable low stock for modifiers, turn on the toggle button in the Modifiers section.
- Adjust the low stock threshold value for modifiers.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
