Group Ordering is included with Web Ordering and is one of the most powerful ways to boost large orders, right after your mobile app. Follow these steps to get started. Pro plan feature
Instructions
- Reach out to us through your Merchant Dashboard or by phone so we can turn on Web Ordering for your store.
If you’re on the Pro plan, Group Ordering will automatically be included. - Once Web Ordering is active, you can customize your page directly from the Merchant Dashboard.
- From here, you can also generate a unique QR code for any of your locations.
- After Web Ordering is enabled on your Pro plan, you'll see the Group Ordering option appear on your web page.

Step 1: Customize Your Web Ordering Page
Once Web Ordering is active, you can customize your page directly from the Merchant Dashboard.
From here, you can also generate a unique QR code for any of your locations.
Step 2: Enable Group Ordering
After Web Ordering is enabled on your Pro plan, you'll see the Group Ordering option appear on your web page.Click Start Group Order to begin creating your first one.
