How to set up a service fee per order
Instructions
- Start by logging in to your Per Diem merchant dashboard.
- Click on Fees and Tips from the options.
- Navigate to Settings on the left menu bar.
- Select the options for pick-up and delivery fees in the Service Fee section.
- Toggle the button to activate a service fee on each order, selecting either pick-up or delivery.
- Enter your desired fee amount (e.g., $0.25 per order) to be added at checkout.
- You can waive the service fee for higher transaction amounts.
- Set a threshold (e.g., waive fee for orders over $50), and save your changes.
