Set a Quantity Limit on Discounted Modifiers in Subscription Plans

Where to find it

Go to:

Merchant Dashboard → Operations → Subscription Plans
Click Create Plan or edit an existing plan.

How to set a limit on discounted modifiers

Step 1: Create or edit a subscription plan

1. Go to Operations → Subscription Plans
2. Click Create Plan

This opens the subscription plan setup screen.

Step 2: Go to Discounted Items

Scroll down to the Item options section.
Then locate Discounted Items.

Step 3: Enable modifier discounts

In Discounted Items:

1. Turn on Apply discount on modifiers

Once enabled, additional modifier settings will appear.

Step 4: Set maximum discounted modifiers

Find Max Discounted Modifiers per Checkout.

1. Enter the maximum number of modifiers that can receive the discount per checkout

Step 5: Leave blank for no limit

If you do not want to restrict modifier discounts:

• Leave the field empty

This allows discounts to apply to all eligible modifiers.

Step 6: Save your plan

Click Save to apply your subscription plan settings.

Important notes

• This setting only appears when Apply discount on modifiers is enabled
• The limit applies per checkout
• If no value is set, modifier discounts are unlimited
