Biscuit Bitch near Pike Place Market in Downtown Seattle brings a fun and edgy energy to the breakfast scene near the famous downtown market. This funky coffeehouse specializes in Southern comfort food that is both very filling and extremely tasty to eat. You should check out the Smokin’ Hot Bitch, which features a spicy Louisiana hot link and cheese. Their Gritty Scrambled Bitch is another popular choice that combines biscuits with gravy and cheesy grits.
