Bones Bagels has recently popped up in San Francisco’s Noe Valley, and locals are already hooked on its fresh, chewy creations. Founded by baker Noah Orloff, this cozy spot specializes in naturally leavened sourdough bagels that hit the perfect balance of tang and chew. 

The rotating menu keeps things exciting with inventive flavors like Asiago black pepper and salted rosemary, plus seasonal sandwiches packed with locally sourced produce.
