Monell's Dining & Catering makes Southern meals feel special and memorable. This  1905 Victorian style mansion gives a unique backdrop to the meal and adds character to every visit. Warm Southern dishes arrive family style and are passed around the table for everyone to enjoy together. The famous skillet fried chicken is rich and pairs well with hearty sides like cheese grits and corn pudding. Big biscuits come out fresh and soft right alongside other homestyle classics. The atmosphere encourages good conversation and slow enjoyment of food in a communal setting. Portions are great and leave most guests full and pleased. Table service is smooth and the rhythm of passing dishes around feels communal in a positive way. This spot is known for quality cooking at a fair price. This restaurant delivers a true taste of Nashville’s Southern heritage.
