Nai Ramen PDX sits on the second floor above Northeast Broadway and offers great city views. This cozy restaurant serves hot bowls of Japanese noodles alongside many popular dishes from Thailand. You should try the spicy miso bowl which comes with corn and crunchy bits of garlic. The Portland ramen features a unique coconut broth that tastes rich and smells like fresh cilantro. Fans of small plates will love the crispy takoyaki or the pork gyoza with chili oil. Most people visit for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner in the heart of town. The staff works fast to bring out steaming soup that makes a cold day feel warm. You can even find gluten-free options like potato starch fried chicken on the large menu. Prices are very fair for the massive portions that land on your table after you order. This hidden gem provides a chill space for slurping noodles while watching the busy street below.
