The AI Merchant Support Chatbot

This new tool gives you immediate access to answers right from your Per Diem dashboard. You can enable it from Admin > Features using the new “AI Chatbot” toggle. Once turned on, it acts as your quick guide for everyday store management.

We’ve also added support for Square Coupons, giving you the flexibility to choose how you want to offer deals.

How It Works

Inside Admin → Store Settings, you’ll see a new option called “Use Square Discount Codes.” When you switch it on, your app automatically applies the discount codes you’ve already set up in Square.

This integration gives you clear control and flexibility. You can decide between using Square discount codes or Per Diem coupons based on what works best for your store. It also creates a smoother checkout experience for customers and keeps your promotions easy to manage from one place.

App Colors Support: Make Your App Truly Yours

A brand’s identity lives in its details — the colors, the icons, and the mood it sets for customers. With our new App Colors Support, every Per Diem merchant can now make their app look and feel exactly like their brand.

You can find this new feature under App Customization → Styling → Colors in your Merchant Dashboard. From there, you can change everything from icons and buttons to background and text colors. This gives you complete control over the visual style of your app.
